The Icy Boards are forums provided for the enjoyment of a vistors to the Ice Cave.org. That includes Balto, Pokémon, TLK, and anything related to Fluke's site. To keep the forums running smoothly, a few rules have been set up. We are aware that a lot of forums may have their rules set up differently, but we have designed these rules to best fit everyone's needs at TIB. Be assured that they weren't randomly generated, but arose from actual problems on the board. If any of the rules seem unclear to you, you will find a detailed explanation of them in the FAQs section.

1. Respect all members, including the forum staff.

2. Stay on topic, and start new threads in the correct forums.

3. Do not double post, use the edit button if you have more information to add to a single post.

4. Do not treat any section of the boards as a real-time chatroom or messenger system. If you want to chat with new friends, use the Private Messenger (or an actual Instant Messager program).

5. Do not post stolen artwork or fiction to TIB and claim it as your own.

6. Do not steal graphics, or avatars from TIB and use them on your own forums.

7. Do not start pointless threads. On average, posts are expected to show thought and have substance.

8. Do not post the same topic in multiple forums, we have categories for a reason.

9. No vulgar or profane posts. This includes both swear words, written works and artwork.

10. Do Not sign up for the sole purpose of advertising your website or message board.

11. Do not solicit local artists to draw for you, unless they are clearly taking requests.

12. Do not place more than 3 lines of text or use an image in your signature.

13. You may only sign up with one user name/ account. Two or more will not be tolerated.

14. Do not take it upon yourself to enforce the rules or reprimand other members. If someone is out of line, use the "Report this Post to a Moderator" feature.

15. Keep up with the Annoucements forum, changes are listed there before they take effect here (the Guidelines).
